Applewood proudly serves families throughout Missouri, including Benton, Camden, Cedar, Dallas, Henry, Hickory, Laclede, Polk, St. Clair, and Vernon counties.
Services are provided in accordance with authorization from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Division of Senior and Disability Services.
Our In-Home Care Services May Include:

Who Qualifies for Missouri Medicaid In-Home Care Services?

To qualify for Missouri Medicaid home care programs, you generally need to:

Be a Missouri resident

Be 18 years or older (or meet age/disability requirements)

Have a medical or functional need for help with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, or mobility

Meet Medicaid income and asset limits
