Our clients receive care as authorized by the Department of Health and Senior Services and Division of Senior and Disability Services.

To qualify for Missouri Medicaid home care programs, you generally need to:

Be a Missouri resident

Be 18 years or older (or meet age/disability requirements)

Have a medical or functional need for help with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, or mobility

Meet Medicaid income and asset limits
